IDENTITY, MODULARITY, AND RETAIL EFFICIENCY
The objective of this project was to create a retail space that not only reflects the brand’s unique identity but also is adaptable, cost-effective, and efficient in its production and installation.
NEW IMAGE
Hoff is known for its sneaker designs that combine style and functionality. The visual identity of the store needed to reflect these values, creating an environment that resonated with the brand’s personality and attracted its discerning customer base.
The store features a minimalist aesthetic that emphasizes the products rather than distracting from them. Neutral colors and clean lines create a welcoming and sophisticated space that complements the displayed sneakers. This minimalist layer is enhanced with elements of color and textures that break the overall image, generating focal points for display and dynamism.
NEW ICON
At the heart of Hoff’s new store design is the resin table, a piece that transcends traditional functionality to become a true object of desire. With its elegant combination of transparency and color, this table not only showcases the product but also acts as a dynamizer of the space.
EXPANSION AND SCALABILITY
With the goal of expanding globally, Hoff needed a store design that could adapt to different sizes and configurations of spaces in various markets. The developed modular system allows store elements, such as shelves, counters, and displays, to be easily reconfigured to fit different store sizes and shapes. This provides unprecedented flexibility, allowing each Hoff store to be unique while maintaining brand consistency.
JUST-IN-TIME
Hoff needed a system that would ensure efficient production and quick installation, ensuring that stores could be operational as soon as possible after the completion of the setup. We implemented a just-in-time production system that synchronizes the manufacturing of modular components with the specific needs of each store. This eliminates excess inventory and reduces storage costs.
